Rewarding Bad Decision Making

Here is one example of the sort of bright thinking that Monica's boyfriend's wife is capable of. Senate Bill 2310, The Homeowners Act of 2007, or as I like to call it, the "I'm a moron because I live in a coastal city which is below sea level, in a major hurricane zone, and managed by a bunch of morons which I voted into power, now buy me a new house" bill. I know, it's a mouthful. Anyhow, it's this sort of enlightened thinking that we can look forward to from our new SecState.
